InstagRISE STANDARD REFUND POLICY - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Our refund policy only allows returns within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase for the following reasons:

1. The confirmed errors/defects in the provided software products cause it to fail to achieve its design purpose. This clause applies only when the confirmed error/defect cannot be corrected and the updated version of the software product cannot be provided to the user. InstagRISE can choose to require users to provide further technical information to confirm errors/defects, including but not limited to error logs, hardware descriptions, etc. Failure to provide this information on the user’s side may result in the rejection of the refund request.

2. Related to fraud, abuse and other such cases.

However, in some cases, InstagRISE may decide whether to refund or not for the reasons not stated above at its sole discretion.

There will be no refunds due to the following reasons:

1. Incompatibility or errors with third-party software and/or components, including but not limited to anti-virus software, firewalls, JVM provided by third parties or vendors, etc.

2. Unable to set up email account or FTP account. Since different ISPs use different configurations, this is completely beyond our control. In this case, please contact your ISP for assistance.

3. Generally, any software configuration errors on the user end that are completely beyond our control and/or have nothing to do with the software product.

4. Does not meet the recommended hardware requirements described on the "Installation Instructions" page of the software product. When downloading and/or purchasing software products, links to installation instructions for each specific product are provided.

5 .Any other reasons not mentioned above, including an apparently wrong purchase.

In order to be eligible for a refund in accordance with the above regulations, InstagRISE must receive your refund request in the following manner within 7 calendar days after your purchase. There will be no refund after 7 days from the date of purchase. To get a refund, please contact us and let the subject display as "Refund". This email must contain more information needed to process the refund:

1. Full Name

2. Payment Information

3. Refund Reasons

Failure to follow this procedure may result in your refund request not being received, delayed or not processed at all. InstagRISE is not responsible for refund requests that are not received in time for any reason, including but not limited to email or snail email address errors, users' spam filters blocking emails, computer downtime, and similar situations beyond our control. InstagRISE reserves the right to make the final decision, at its sole discretion, to determine whether the refund standards specified in this policy are met, and request any other information related to this request.
